  • Founded in 2021, MajorKey is a technology strategy, design, and operations partner with offices located in Lombard, IL (near Chicago), Buenos Aires, Argentina and Pune, India. With a workforce exceeding 600 employees, MajorKey collaborates with both public and private organizations worldwide. The company’s mission is to enhance experiences through integrated technologies, offering services such as Digital Strategy, Enterprise Service Management, Identity Access Management, DevOps and Software Development, Cloud Adoption, and Managed Services.

  • Newly independent after a de-merger with Highmetric, MajorKey faced the challenge of quickly developing a brand name and identity that effectively communicated its distinctive approach to digital security and integration.

  • Goodbye Disruption. Hello Harmony.
    Moving beyond the outdated narrative of ‘Digital Disruption.’ While change is essential for businesses, the focus should shift from mere disruption to alignment. Technology is a catalyst for change, but true value emerges only when organizations cohesively integrate new technologies, fostering enriched experiences for customers and employees alike. The key lies in technology and people collaborating harmoniously.

    This insight shaped the creation of MajorKey Technologies. Based in Chicago and catering to a global clientele, MajorKey represents a new type of technology partner that blends consulting, development and customer service expertise to seamlessly synchronize their clients’ technology ecosystems to unlock their full potential.

  • As technology strategists committed to the alignment of technologies, MajorKey shares common ground with conductors and musicians, skillfully orchestrating various operations to create cohesive, harmonious experiences. This simple thought led to the selection of the name Majorkey and the registration of domain names and a defendable trademark.

  • Standing apart from ‘digital disruptors,’ MajorKey focuses on communicating the advantages of technology rather than the technology itself. This necessitated an identity that stands out in a ‘me-too’ competitive landscape of look-alike tech brands. So we worked with senior partners to develop a distinctive identity and an emblematic logo that conveys positivity and dynamism, utilizing vibrant colours, a unique typeface and geometric patterns to reflect a lively, dynamic character and a problem-solving ethos.

  • Launched within six weeks of the de-merger, MajorKey’s branding has contributed significantly to the organisation's success. Following the acquisitions of Clango and Legion Star, MajorKey has emerged as a leading global player in Identity Access Management. Chromatic has continued to partner with the senior team to refine the key messages, identity and website, culminating in a refreshed brand launched in 2025.
