Gender inclusion: A driver of performance

The Gender Inclusion Network, affectionately known as GIN, is a professional network dedicated to achieving a better gender balance in the insurance industry.

But at a time when talent acquisition and retention are big issues, too many businesses continue to see inclusion as an obligation, not an opportunity.

Which is why we’ve been working to make GIN more influential.

By changing the conversation, we’re helping GIN to demonstrate that better inclusion practices can address talent shortages, which drives much needed change and positively shapes workplace policy.
